Calling it a mix of safety, accessibility, as well as bicycle and walking infrastructure projects, Nick Arnis, Director of the Growth Management Department, presented a wish list to a May working session of the Bend City Council. His wish list may become the backbone of a potential fall $7Mill ballot measure, which may also be accompanied by a separate $5Mill bond for street overlays.
So far, the list includes the following, though given this list exceeds a $7Mill price tag, it would likely be trimmed.
